Legal Tech Panel Sessions: The Panel Sessions are an event series in collaboration with the Faculty of Law, University of Copenhagen.
Our Panel Sessions match legal tech providers and ideas with law firms, legal experts and startup people. The panels are diverse and include lawyers, tech provider CEO’s, startup, tech and ecosystem people, as well as academics.
For tech providers, this is a great opportunity to showcase your product or idea and to engage in depth with potential customers and stakeholders. Whether you just had a new groundbreaking idea or you’re already scaling – you are very welcome!

CPH – TalkBBQ The Nordic Investment Culture – by inQvation, TechBBQ and Synch
inQvation, TechBBQ and Synch have joined forces to take a closer look at the term “founder friendly” and what it really means. Therefore, we present TalkBBQ! This event will focus on the investment culture in the Nordic countries: do we have a ‘founder friendly’ investment culture? The answer will depend on who you ask.
We will gather an expert panel of interesting profiles from the community that will discuss various dilemmas regarding start-up investments. The profiles in the panel will be dropped continuously up to the event. So stay tuned!
After the debate, which will last about one and a half hours, a summery BBQ will take place outdoors, so people who were not able to be present for the debate can also join in the festivities, network, and build upon the knowledge gained from the event.
The event is FREE, and the event hosts will provide a summery BBQ and beers after the debate.
PROGRAM:

3:30 pm – Debate (the debate will be in English)
5:00 pm – BBQ, beers and networking

STHLM – SYNCHWAKEUP: Incentive Programs – by Synch
SynchWakeup is a series of breakfast events focused on providing hands-on knowledge on legal topics of particular importance for early-stage tech companies.
On April 16, 2019, this semester’s fourth seminar in the SynchWakeup Series, Incentive Programs, will take place at Synch’s office.
An employee stock option plan can be a lucrative investment if properly managed. Learn more about the different ways of motivating employees and aligning interests. Great for anyone contemplating equity as part of a remuneration package.
After the seminar Synch’s lawyers will be available for discussion!
